摘要
对棉织物经过酸碱溶液处理后剩余强度下降速度和下降幅度方面的差异进行了量化研究。在下降速度方面,酸的破坏为先快后慢,碱的破坏为先慢后快,但都表现出一个拐点:碱浓度的拐点是130g/L,硫酸浓度的拐点则是35g/L;在下降幅度方面,增加相同浓度,酸对棉织物造成的强度下降程度大于碱造成的结果,其原因与纤维素大分子结构以及酸碱与棉织物的反应机理有关。
After the cotton fabric is treated with acid and alkali solution, its residual strength will de- cline, but there are some differences in decline rate and decline range. In terms of decline rate, the damage of acid is firstly quick and then become slow, while the damage of alkali is firstly slow and then become quick, but they all show an inflexion. Among them, the alkali concentration is 130g/L, and the concentration of sulfuric acid solution is 35g/L. In terms of decline range, when adding the same concentration, the strength loss of cot- ton fabric resulted from the acid is greater than the alkali. The reason is related to the macromolecular structure and the reaction mechanism between acid-base and cotton fabric.
