摘要
通过引入科学传播理论作为研究框架,从科学共同体和社会公众两个路径总结归纳了中国应用技术型大学的应用逻辑,凸显其与传统大学功能的区别性特征,从而更深入地认识了其社会价值和发展意义,以及科学传播研究的对象是如何把科学共同体的"私人知识"转化为"社会共享知识"。通过对科学传播过程的细致梳理和视角切入,发现应用技术型大学在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务方面,能够实现推动国家创新体系建设、培育应用技能型创新人才,以及建构现代性社区建构、提升公民科学素养、实现社会公正和谐等重要意义。从而证实了应用技术型大学是大学发展到新的历史阶段的一项制度创新,且从功能性角度上来说是对传统大学功能的一种深化和发扬,也是科学界和教育界对科学传播及高等教育科学规律的认知达到一定阶段后的必然产物。
In order to get a further understanding about the development of social value and significance, highlight its distinguishing feature and the function of traditional university and summarize the function of the application technical university for China, through introducing the theory of science communication as a research framework from two levels of the scientific community and the general public in this paper. The study of propagating the knowledge of science and technology is defined as the study of how to put the scientific community of " personal knowledge" into " social sharing knowledge". In the process of the propagation of science and technology, we found significance of Technical College of Application in personal training, scientific research and social services. It can help to promote the construction of national innovation system of implementation, the application of cultivating skilled innovative talents, as well as the construction of modern community construction, enhance citizens~ scientific literacy, and realize social justice and harmonious. Thus, the article confirms the application technical university is developing to a new historical stage of an institutional innovation, and from the Angle of the functional is a deepening and developing of traditional university function, also is the scientific community and education on science communication and the law of higher education science cognition after reaching a certain stage inevitable product.
