高等教育综合改革的核心问题和对策研究

The Research of Key Problems and Reform-Designing of the Higher Education

在深入领会党的十八届三中全会《决定》中有关高等教育综合改革部分的内容的基础上,对制约我国高等教育发展的瓶颈问题进行了分析,并研究了高等学校自身特色建设以及高校之间相互协调发展问题。通过具体实例,重点分析研究了适应于创新、创业教育的分类招生录取制度,讨论了适合现代高等教育发展的高校管理模式,提出建立着眼于育人过程和育人效果的高等学校评价体系。

In this article, the bottlenecks which are limiting the development of higher education are analyzed, based on the deep understanding to the education reform part in ＂Decision of the CPC Central Committee on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reform＂ released from the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. At the same time, special features and mutual development between colleges are studied. Through concrete examples, classificated admission examinations are mainly researched; and then, modern university management is discussed; at last, the evaluation system focused on the educating process and education effect is proposed.
