摘要
伴随我国高等教育改革的不断深化,各种矛盾在高校相互交织,研判和消弭矛盾的工作变得越来越困难。当前,90后已经成为高校学生群体的主力军,这个群体呈现出的鲜明个性也对高校的传统管理模式产生着巨大的冲击。这种背景下,在高校中发生群体性突发事件的风险也越来越高。基于勒庞心理学的视角,对高校学生群体性突发事件的成因和特点进行了分析,并提出了应对此类的原则和措施。
With the deepening of China's reform of higher education, various conflicts are intertwined in college. And it becomes more and more difficult to judge and eliminate these conflicts. Nowadays, the post-90 generation has become the major group in the university, whose distinctive personalities have made great impact on universities's traditional management patterns. In this condition, the risk for mass incidents has increasingly grown in the campus. Based upon the perspective of Le Bon psychology, the paper analyzed the causes and features of mass incidents in university, and proposed principles and measures dealing with these cases.
