摘要
以重庆市高校青年学生为例,开展调查问卷、深入访谈,发现新时期青年大学生对榜样认知呈现出在社会主流价值观基础上向多元、时尚、自主方向发展的新特征。而现阶段榜样教育仍存在宣传方式单一、效果不佳等问题。以此为基础,探索榜样教育的新路径:整合大学生榜样教育环境;尊重大学生个性要求;树立多元化的榜样群。
With the teenage college students in Chongqing investigated, the results of the questionnaires answered and investigations conducted show that the teenage college models not only take on the main stream values of Chinese Society but also tend to have various values, and be modern and independent. However, at present the model education is still of little effect, poorly propagated and of single standard. Based on the present situation, the thesis explores a new method of turning passive self-education into initiative self-education. That is the teenage students gradually educate themselves by following the model education. To achieve this, college students' individual needs should be respected, more groups of models with various values should be set, and model-education environments which the college students are in should be integrated.
