摘要
建设世界一流大学离不开一流人才,研究高校教师薪酬问题对于高校教师群体和国家教育发展有重大的理论及现实意义。通过梳理我国高校教师薪酬制度变迁并阐释美、英、德、加、日、印和中国香港等七个国家和地区高校教师的薪酬制度,基于国内纵向梳理和国际横向比较,从薪酬体系、薪酬内涵、薪酬构成、薪酬水平、薪酬结构和福利项目六个视角提出了我国高校教师薪酬制度改革的操作要点。
The construction of the selective college depends on the college teachers. Therefore, it's very important to research the salary problem of college teachers. This paper combines the history of college teachers' salary in China with the experiences of American, Britain, Germany, Canada, Japan, India and China Hong Kong to analysis this problem. At last, this paper put forward six suggestions for the reform of China college teachers' salary system from compensation management perspectives.
