多角色视角下高职院校校内兼课教师队伍建设探析 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校校内兼课教师所从事工作的性质、任务、特点等因素决定了其具有管理者、服务者、项目研发者、教育者这四大角色。校内兼课教师的多重角色有利于课堂教学的交流互动以及课堂教学的有效控制,但同时导致教学时间的"量"不足、教学内容的"质"欠缺、教学方法的"新"不够等问题的产生。因此,高职院校校内兼课教师队伍的建设,必须兼顾这四大角色,建立科学合理、有针对性、可操作的"内励外控"机制。 The part -time teachers mainly play four roles, namely the handler, the server, the researcher and the pedagogue, which is decided by the nature, task and feature of their work. On one hand, the multiple roles of internal part - time teachers are helpful for interactive and effective control of the classroom teaching, on the other hand, it produces many questions such as the lacking of teaching time, defective quality of teaching content, lack of new teaching methods. Therefore, the internal part-time teachers group construction in higher vocational colleges campus must take the four roles into account, establishing scientific and reasonable, pointed and operational system of "inside encouragement and outside control".
