高职院校档案文化育人优势及其实现路径

The Advantages of Archives Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Realization Path

高职院校档案文化在育人工作中具有独特的优势。然而,目前高职院校的档案文化没有引起足够的重视,加上档案资源收集匮乏、运行模式封闭、信息化程度低,使得档案育人优势没有得到充分发挥。文章从思想观念、档案收集、档案信息化和服务意识四个方面阐述发挥高职院校档案的育人优势,并在此基础上提出了其育人优势的实现路径。

Archives culture in higher vocational college has unique advantages in educating people. However, at present, archives culture of higher vocational colleges generally has not attracted enough attention, coupled with the lack of archival resources collecting, closed operation mode, low level of information, making file advantage of educating people did not get into full play. This paper explores the advantages of archives education in higher vocational colleges from four aspects, including ideas, file collection, file information and service awareness.
