针对当前高校教育信息化建设过程中存在资源分散与重复建设,没有高效整合优质的教学资源。及采用自上而下的教育信息化建设,不能有效调动教师与学生参与教育信息化建设的积极性。提出了转变教育信息化建设的观念,采用自下而上的教育信息化建设的思路。从学生的学习需求出发,从教师的教学需求出发,以人为本,以课程的实际教学需求为本。进行一体化学科教育信息化建设的思路。
