摘要
为了改变目前国内指接木生产耗费太多人力的现状,利用单片机与CCD相结合,设计出了一款智能检测疤痕并驱动电机切除的电路,实现了指接木生产的高效,使缺陷检测工作客观化、规范化和智能化。与传统的指接木疤痕检测及切除相比,本设计效率高、检测精度高、不需要耗费太多人力、成本低、可靠性高等优点。尤其在指接木大量普及的今天,提高指接木的生产效率以满足市场需求,因此,在木材加工领域有很高的推广前景。
