摘要
宝钢湛江千万吨钢铁基地炼钢主厂房吊车梁结构形式为支撑桥式吊车梁,虽然结构形式简单,但由于吊车梁承载较大,材质为高强度结构钢Q390B,该材料碳当量高,焊接难度大,焊接变形不易控制;通过对特殊材质对接焊缝的工艺研究,采用焊接反变形措施使拼板对接及主焊缝达到一次成型,减少焊后校正成本;同时通过严格控制涂装环境的方式,使涂装质量满足沿海地区8-10年的防腐使用年限。
The crane beam of the main plant building of Baosteel ten-million-ton iron and steel base in Zhanjiang city is supporting overhead crane beam.Although the structure was simple,thick high strength structural steel Q390 Bwas adopted as the material of the crane beam because of heavy loads.The material property of high carbon content may lead to welding difficulties and welding deformation,which is not easy to control.Through the research of the fabrication technology of butt weld in specific materials,welding anti-deformation measures can be applied in butting plate and once forming of the main welding line,thus decreasing the welding correction cost.At the same time,through strict control of painting environment,coating quality can meet the requirements of 8-10years of corrosion prevention service life in the coastal areas.
