高层钢结构分区错层交迭安装施工技术

摘要 以合肥栢悦中心项目钢-混凝土混合结构施工为探讨对象,采用改变传统的超高层钢混结构安装工艺,即通过对结构平面合理分区、钢柱错层制作、交迭安装施工工艺,将钢结构施工与土建施工作业面错开。该安装工艺不仅节约劳动力、降低成本、减少安全隐患,同时提高工程质量及结构稳定性,经济效益和社会效益显著。 The construction technology of steel-concrete structure in Anhui Baiyue Center Project was discussed in this paper,which was developed from the traditional installation method of super high-rise steel-concrete structures.Steel structure construction and civil construction were proceed separately through reasonable districts division,staggered-floor fabrication of steel column and alternative installation.The advantages of improved constrcution technology such as labour saving,cost reduction,security risks reduction and improvement of construction quality and structure stability can generate more social and economic benefits.
