一种低温干馏提油工艺在油页岩中试先导装置上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过低温干馏热解的工艺方法加工油页岩,能够得到我们所需要的页岩油产品,其热解产品中页岩油不但是优质的液体燃料,而且含有丰富的苯、甲苯、二甲苯、酚、甲酚、二甲酚等化工原料。半焦可以用作锅炉燃烧的燃料,也可作为气化的原料,热解气也是一种优质的气体燃料。采用低温干馏技术,热解提油工艺简单,投资相对较低,加工条件温和,是现代煤化工分质分级利用发展的一种趋势。该工艺在中石油牡丹江新能源有限责任公司的油页岩中试先导装置上得到了部分验证,为我国油页岩的开发利用做出了有效的探索。 Processing oil shale with LT pyrolysis process can produce shale oil that not only can be served as high quality liquid fuel,but also contains rich chemical feedstocks such as benzene,toluene,xylene,phenol,cresol and dimethyl phenol,etc. Process middle coke can be used as both the fuel of boiler and the feedstock of gasification. Pyrolysis gas is a high quality gas fuel too. Application of low temperature pyrolysis process makes pyrolysis oil extraction process simple,investment comparatively lower and processing conditions moderate,and it is the trend of classification utilization in coal chemical industry. This process has been partly verified in the oil shale pilot plant of Petro China Mudanjiang New Energy Co.,Ltd.,which has made effective exploration for further oil shale development and utilization in China.
