摘要
以新乡中新化工有限责任公司投资建设了20万t/a乙二醇项目及配套的PSA装置为例,针对乙二醇项目投产后,为乙二醇装置提供的CO产品气中CH4含量较高这一重大问题,立足本地煤种,优化配煤,通过对5种煤炭在中新化工航天炉装置的试烧对比分析,得出结论:下沟煤较为理想,可以有效地从源头上控制合成气中CH4含量高的问题,节约了单位生产成本。
Taking the 200 kt / a ethylene glycol project and supporting PSA plant of Xinxiang Zhongxin Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. as an example,for the issue that CH4 content of product CO gas to ethylene glycol plant was higher,the measure of being based on local coal and coal blending optimization was taken,from comparative analysis of trial combustion results of five coals in the HT-L gasifier,we can draw a conclusion: Xiagou coal is more ideal for HT-L gasifier,high CH4 content in syngas can be controlled effectively from the feed,and the unit production cost can be saved.
