摘要
针对河南某化工厂循环水系统的结垢问题,采取了向高密度沉淀池投加石灰等药剂的措施,将矿井废水中的暂时硬度去除,经过处理后的循环水浓缩倍率可提高至3.4左右,达到了GB50050—2007《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的要求,彻底消除了因矿井水含盐量高对循环水系统造成的影响。
To solve the problem of scaling in circulating water system in a chemical plant in Henan,this project mainly adopted the measure of dosing lime into high-density settling tank to remove the temporary hardness in mine wastewater. After such treatment,the concentration ratio of circulating water can be increased up to about 3. 4,which meets the requirements of Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment GB50050 —2007,and thoroughly solves the impact of high salinity mine water on circulating water system.
