云南省37所高职院校《教育质量报告》透析

The Dialysis of the Education Quality Reports of 37 Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan Province

2014年底,云南省37所高职院校发布了《高等职业教育质量年度报告》。对于云南省来说,这份高校"体检报告"是一件新生事物,由此,公众一直以来缺乏正式渠道获知学校人才培养过程及其质量的状况将有望改观。采用文本分析方法,通过描述37所云南高职院校的《质量报告》文本,透视云南高等职业教育的质量问题,探讨发布《质量报告》的4个基本问题:一是《报告》内容;二是质量保障的措施;三是《报告》方法;四是《报告》对象。最后论文提出未来《质量报告》的改进建议,旨在提高今后每年发布《质量报告》的质量。

37 higher vocational colleges( HVCs) in Yunnan Province has been submitted their Annual Quality Report of Higher Vocational Education by the end of 2014 which is called medical report therefore,there is a formal channel to know well about the process of talent training and quality condition. Along with the text analysis method,this paper describes Quality Report from 37 higher Vocational colleges in Yunnan which is to get quality problems of higher vocational education of Yunnan. The paper also discusses four essential issues of Quality Report which are the content of report,the countermeasures of quality assurance,the approaches of report and the object of report. Meanwhile,The paper presents the recommendations for improvement of quality report which are also to improve the quality of the following annual report.
