摘要
供应链质量管理的最终目的是达成客户满意度,主要方式是对供应进行计划、协调、操作、控制和优化的各种活动和过程,使产品和服务能够满足客户的需求。在分析供应链质量管理和客户满意度关系的基础上,参照国内学者建立的模型,尝试从另外一个新角度建立供应链质量管理和客户满意度关系模型。
The ultimate goal of supply chain quality management is to achieve customer satisfaction,the main way refers to some activities and process of plan,coordination,operation,check and control and optimization for supply. Product and service is to be met the needs of customers. Based on the analysis of relation of chain quality management and customer satisfaction,and reference to the models were built by domestic scholars. This paper tries to build the relation supply chain quality management and customer satisfaction from the new view.
