摘要
本文围绕新一代智能变电站技术展开综述。首先描述智能变电站的现状;介绍新一代智能变电站的定义,逐项分析新一代智能变电站的重要技术特征,包括一次电气方面主接线优化和新型隔离断路器应用、二次设备的层次化保护控制系统、模块化二次设备、一二次设备集成等;最后对上述技术特征和其实际应用情况进行小结,认为新一代智能变电站技术是在原有智能变电站技术基础上的提升,但其应用技术的成熟还需要一段时间的磨练,对技术人员在吸收新技术方面提出了相应要求。
This paper focuses on the new generation smart substation technology. The present situation of the smart substation are summarized firstly. Then the definition of new generation smart substation is introduced and the important technical features are analyzed in details afterwards,including the optimization of main electrical wiring and the application of new disconnecting circuitbreakers,the hierarchical protection system for secondary equipment,the modular secondary equipment,the integration of primary and secondary equipment. At last,the paper makes a summary of the technical features and its practical application. It is believed that the new generation of smart substation technology is based on the original smart substation technology,but the mature application of the technology also need times,and it puts forward new requirements for the operator in technical level and operation ability.
