摘要
详细介绍了集在线测量、长行程加工、短行程加工功能一体的全自动珩磨加工的实现方法。在珩磨加工过程中,数控系统通过传感器获得孔径大小,并以此为依据分析珩磨机的加工参数;通过G代码、PLC和背景程序的配合以及信息交互,实现了粗、精珩双进给及珩磨压力控制的全自动加工。
It was fully introduced of the implementation method of automatic honing machining in details,including on-line measurement,long-stroke honing machining,and short-stroke machining of functions integrated in unity. In the honing machining process,the pore sizes were obtained in the computer numerical control( CNC) system by the sensor,which helped to analyze the parameters for honing machining accordingly. By the combination and information exchange of G codes,programmable logical controller( PLC) and background programs,the honing machine will implement the honing work fully and automatically with dual feed of coarse and fine honing,and honing pressure control.
