摘要 液压能量回收系统是一种新型的节能液压系统,它能够回收惯性负载的制动动能和重力势能。根据液压节能抽油机系统对负载势能回收原理,其采用液压马达、液压泵和蓄能器结合实现负载的重力势能回收与利用,并对该系统节能效果进行研究。利用EM20仪器进行实验研究,不但随时读取当下系统的流量、压力和温度,而且可以读取峰值压力。结果表明:该系统具有显著的节能效果。 Hydraulic energy recovery system is a new energy-saving hydraulic system,it can recover braking kinetic energy and gravitational potential energy of inertia loads. According to the hydraulic energy-saving oil pumping machine with hydraulic energy recovery system potential energy load,which adopts the hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump and accumulator to fulfill the recovery of gravitational potential energy,and the recovery efficiency of the energy saving of oil pumping machine hydraulic system was studied. Some experiments were carried out using EM20 instrument,flow,pressure and temperature not only read the current system,but can read the peak pressure. The results show that this system has obvious energy saving effect.
