摘要
为避免加工过程中出现意外的干涉及碰撞情况,在开放式数控系统PA的基础上,针对3PRS并联机构搅拌摩擦焊机床,开发了具有虚拟加工功能的数控系统。虚拟加工功能采用MFC编程并基于Open GL库实现,构件模型数据直接取自机床零件的3维模型数据,位置数据取自数控系统CNC的驱动轴实时数据。最后对数控系统进行了运行测试,结果表明:该系统可以准确地仿真出机床的实际运动情况。
To avoid unexpected interference and collision during machining process,a CNC system with virtual machining function for a parallel mechanism Friction Stir Welding Machine was developed based on open structure CNC system PA. The simulation function was compiled by MFC and realized by use of Open GL library,the contour data of the moving components come from their real3 d module,and the position data were obtained from CNC actuators real time data. The running test of CNC was made,and the result shows that this system can precisely simulate the movement of the machine components.
