摘要
对一种新型的三柱塞式连续液压增压器进行分析,确定了影响其增压器增压性能的关键结构参数;建立了该增压器的系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明该型增压器的二次压力存在冲击;通过多组结构参数组合的仿真分析,以降低增压器二次压力冲击为目标,获得了该增压器比较合理的结构参数。
A new kind of three-cylinder type continuous hydraulic turbocharger was analyzed. The structural parameters which might influence the turbocharger's boosting pressure speciality were gotten. The simulation model of its system was built. The simulation results were explained of the hydraulic turbocharger's second pressure existed of the shock wave. Aimed to drop the second pressure shock wave of the turbocharger,by simulated analysis of the models with different groups of structural parameters,the quite reasonable turbocharger's structural parameters are gotten.
