摘要
针对重载高速且换向频繁的取料机料耙传动机构,提出了"恒压变量泵+比例换向阀+双出口压力补偿器"的液压系统设计方案,并利用AMESim软件实现系统动态特性仿真。结果表明:所设计的液压传动系统在满足设计要求的同时,大惯量负载作用下仅有较小的液压冲击,且负载越大系统运行越平稳,这为类似的设备液压系统改造提供了借鉴。
Focused on transmission mechanisms of mineral rake reclaimer with high speed,heavy loads and frequently commutations,the design scheme of hydraulic system of 'Constant pressure variable pump + Proportional directional valve + Double outlet pressure compensator'was proposed. The AMESim software was used to achieve the simulation of dynamic characteristics of the system. The results show that the designed hydraulic transmission system meets the design requirements,at the same time with minor hydraulic shocks under effect of large inertia loads. Moreover the system is running more smoothly with larger loads,which provides reference for the device modification of the similar hydraulic system.
