草菇测序菌株杂交子H1521菌丝对非生物胁迫的耐受性 被引量:1

摘要 采用生长速度测定法,对草菇异核体菌丝H1521进行非生物胁迫耐受能力的测定.结果表明,H1521菌丝在p H=4、p H=11、0.3 mol·L-1Na Cl、10 mmol·L-1H2O2等胁迫条件下生长受到明显抑制但不致死,适合作为草菇应答非生物胁迫机制研究的胁迫条件;将菌丝置于4℃低温短时间处理后放回35℃进行培养还可正常生长,但在处理1 h后与空白对照出现显著性差异,4℃胁迫1 h适合作为后期低温胁迫机制研究的备选条件. The abiotic stress tolerance ability of Volvariella volvacea strain H1521 was detected by measuring the growth rate of mycelium under different growth conditions. The results showed as follows. Under the stress conditions such as p H = 4,p H = 11,0.3 mol·L-1Na Cl and 10 mmol·L-1H2O2,the growth rate of H1521 mycelium was significantly inhibited but no death was caused,and those stress conditions could be proper for the research on Volvariella volvacea responses to abiotic stress. The H1521 mycelium grew in usual way when put back to 35 ℃ incubator after being treated with 4 ℃ low temperature stress from 0.5 to 4 hours,but the mycelium growth rate displayed significant difference between the control and the group treated by 1 hour 4 ℃ low temperature stress. Accordingly 4 ℃ low temperature stress treatment for 1 hour could be a selective proper condition for the research on later low temperature stress.
