摘要
在阶梯水价合理性分析的基础上,采用综合评价因子分析法和阶梯水价标准调整动态分析法,某地区对阶梯水价支付能力进行了定量研究,得到了不同水费支付能力的收入标准。为有效实现阶梯水价节约水资源的作用,建议提升第一阶梯水价范围内的用水量,拉开第二阶梯与第三阶梯水价的差距。
This paper analyzed the rationality of differential water price by using factor analysis of comprehensive evaluation method and standard adjustment dynamic analysis method. It studied the residents' ability to pay the differential water price and got the income standard in different water capacity to pay. In order to effectively realize the water-saving role of the differential water price,it recommended that increasing the water volume within the first grade of water price and enlarging the gap of the second grade and third grade of water price.
