海疆经济分量加重与设县中的官、私较量——以明晋江安海新县设置失败为例

Addition of Economic Weight in Coastal Areas and the Official and Private Contest in County Establishment——The Failure of Anhai County Setup in the Ming Dynasty as an Example

明代中叶以后,晋江安海以其便利的海洋贸易条件,顺利跻身于经济急剧上升的排行榜中,朝廷派来的官员、地方部分宗族势力均积极进言设置新县,体现出王朝对海洋区域治理的重视。但一方面官方与若干私家的利益或发生冲突,另一方面不同宗族因相互间的矛盾亦时常表现出政治态度的不一致,导致晋江安海新县设置失败,其背后充满着官与私、私与私之间错综复杂的矛盾与斗争。

Since the Middle and Late Ming Dynasty,Anhai Town of Jinjiang County arranged its standing in sharply rising area smoothly because of the convenient maritime trade conditions.Officials and some clan forces suggested actively that a new county should be established.It expressed that the imperial court and the local society paid attention to marine regional governance.On the one hand,however,interests between government and private sectors were in conflict.On the other hand,different clans also showed inconsistent political attitudes as a result the conflicts,thus leading to the failure of new county establishment.Underlying these inconsistencies were severe conflicts between the government and private sectors and that between private sectors.
