突发公共卫生事件网络舆情演变的研究——基于2008-2015年相关文献研究

Evolution mechanism for network sentiment of sudden public health events——Based on the literature research during 2008-2015

近年来,突发公共卫生事件的网络舆情数量不断增加,其网络舆情的研究成为公共危机管理研究中不可或缺的重要组成部分,但针对性的学术研究起步较晚,成果还不多。研究基于2008-2015年万方平台的相关数据分析,通过文献计量学的方法对相关文献进行定量梳理分析,把握当前研究的框架;运用内容分析法从定性研究的视角对学者观点归纳整理,掌握当前研究的方向及成果;最后从理论基础、实证研究、研究视角及研究的连续性4方面提出了研究展望,以期为后续的相关研究提出有效的参考。

In recent years, the number of network public opinion of emergent public health events continue to in- crease, therefore, the network public opinion research become the indispensable important component in the public crisis management research,but specific academic research started relatively late with few successes. In this paper,based on relevant data collected from Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform during 2008--2015 ,we used the method of lit- erature metrology to sort out quantitatively the relevant literature to grasp the current research framework, used the content analysis to summarize the views of the scholars from the perspective of qualitative research to grasp the trend of research and its achievements. Finally, we focus on the prospects of the research from the perspectives of theoretical ba- sis,empirical research,research perspective and research sustainability,in order to put forward effective reference for subsequent research.
