Corporate Deadlock is an issue frequently encountered in the development of modem corporation. Recently, many cases arose, including those caused by the change of legal representative. In the practice of commercial arbitration, the issue of Corporate Deadlock is often raised and discussed. This article briefly introduces and analyzes two arbitration cases which may be helpful for the resolution of the similar problems.
