全球CO_(2)升高背景下UV-B对黄芩产量和品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以黄芩为实验材料,研究了CO_(2)浓度升高背景下不同剂量UV-B对黄芩叶片丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及黄芩根产量和品质的影响。结果表明:(1)正常CO_(2)浓度和CO_2浓度升高条件下,MDA浓度、SOD和CAT活性都随着UV-B剂量的增加而增加。低剂量UV-B条件下,CO_(2)浓度升高降低了SOD和CAT活性,MDA浓度没有显著变化;高剂量UV-B条件下,CO_(2)浓度升高导致SOD和CAT活性升高,引起MDA浓度显著升高。(2)低剂量UV-B辐射有利于提高黄芩产量和黄芩苷含量,最佳剂量为2.33 KJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)。无紫外线辐射条件CO_2升高增加黄芩产量,但降低黄芩品质。因此,在黄芩栽培过程补充2.33 KJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)的UV-B辐射有利于遏制CO_2升高导致中药材品质降低问题。 To determine the effects of different doses of UV-B on the yield and quality of ScuteUaria baicalensis under elevated CO_(2), the S. baicalensis seedlings of 60-d-old were exposed to elevated CO_(2) for 60 days at different UV-B doses. The results indicated ( 1 ) the concentration of MDA, the SOD and CAT activities increased with increment of UV-B doses under ambient and elevated COE condition. At lower UV-B doses, elevated CO_(2) treatment resulted in decreasing in SOD and CAT activities, no significant change was observed in MDA concentration. But at higher UV-B doses, elevated CO_(2) treatment resulted in increasing in SOD and CAT activities; moreover, no MDA concentration was significant increased. (2) Lower UV-B doses radiation could improvement S. baicalensis yield and quality and the best dose was 2.33 KJ · m-2 · d-1. Although elevated CO_(2) lead to increase in yield of S. baicalensis, the quality was decreased. Therefore, UV-B of 2.33 KJ · m-2 · d-1 was applied in agriculture planting to hinder the elevated CO2 effect.
