农村社区文化建设是整个农村社区建设的重要组成部分,对增强农村社区活力、带动农村社区整体发展与进步具有深远的影响。然而,农村社区文化建设资金严重短缺、文化队伍建设亟待加强、文化资源利用率相对较低、文化基础设施比较落后,成为当前农村社区文化建设中的突出问题。加强农村社区文化建设,应该把社区文化建设当作一个系统的、长期的规划,不断加强农村社区文化队伍建设,大力发展具有当地特色的各种民间文化活动,充分调动农村社区居民参与文化建设的积极性,推进农村社区文化建设持续健康地发展。

However, there are a lot of challenges for cultural development in rural communities, such as severe shortage of funds, lack of training for cultural talent teams, insufficient utilization of cultural resources, underdeveloped cultural facilities etc. In order to strengthen the cultural development in rural communities, we need to have a systematic and long - term planning, constantly train and develop the cultural talent teams in rural communities, encourage various lo- cal cultural activities, arouse the interest of rural residents to participate in cultural development, and facilitate the sustainable and healthy cultural development in rural communities.
