长链非编码RNA对脂肪组织作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来关于长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)的研究进展迅猛,但是绝大部分lncRNA的功能仍然不清楚。作者从大量有关lncRNA的文献中提取出若干lncRNA与肥胖的相关研究,并从lncRNA与脂肪组织的能量消耗及脂肪组织的合成两方面进行归纳。在论述lncRNA对肥胖具有直接影响的同时,从lncRNA的功能和机理出发,列举出lncRNA与肥胖作用机制的相关理论及实验手段,为进一步研究lncRNA与肥胖的关系提供依据。
