不同抗原修复液对ki67蛋白表达的影响

目的:探讨不同抗原修复液对肿瘤组织内ki67蛋白表达的影响。方法取来源于小鼠的肝癌组织标本制成石蜡切片,用免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织内KI67蛋白的表达情况。修复方法为1mo L/EDTA(p H9.0)微波修复、0.01mo L/L柠檬酸钠缓冲液(p H6.0)微波修复、1mo L/L Tris-EDTA(PH8.0)微波修复。结果:用1mo L/L Tris-EDTA(PH8.0)微波抗原修复,修复效果比其它修复液要好,ki67蛋白表达量高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤组织内ki67蛋白免疫组化检测中,使用1mo L/L Tris-EDTA(PH8.0)抗原修复液微波修复,效果比其它修复液好。

Purpose To investigate the effect of different antigens on the tumor tissue repair solution ki67 protein expression. Result With 1mo L / L Tris-EDTA(PH8.0) microwave antigen retrieval, repair effect is better than other repair solution, ki67 high protein expression levels, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). in conclusion Ki67 protein in tumor tissue immunohistochemistry using 1mo L / L Tris-EDTA(PH8.0) microwave antigen retrieval solution repair, the effect is better than other repair solution.
