护患沟通技巧在骨科护理中的运用研究

目的:研究护患沟通在骨科护理中的实用效果。方法:选取我院2014年收治的148例骨科患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在常规基础上加强护患沟通技巧,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:对骨科患者加强护患沟通后,观察组的护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良好的护患沟通技巧能有效改善护患关系提高护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

objective: to study the practical effect in communication in orthopaedic care nurses and patients. Methods: selection of 148 cases of orthopaedic patients admitted in our hospital in 2014 as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group with routine nursing care, observation group based on the conventional strengthen communication skills, nurses and patients to compare two groups of patients to nursing job satisfaction. Results: in patients with orthopaedic strengthen communication, nurses and patients and nursing job satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion: good communication skills can effectively improve the relationship between nurses and patients nurses and patients, improve nursing satisfaction has clinical value.
