基于数据挖掘的路志正教授治疗胸痹用药规律研究

Exploration on Prof. LU Zhizheng's Medication Regularities in Curing Thoracic Obstruction Based on Data Mining

目的探讨路志正教授治疗胸痹的用药规律。方法以路志正教授门诊病历为数据源,采用频数分析、关联规则分析方法进行数据挖掘,确定处方中核心药物组合、用药模式及药物间的关联规则等。结果通过对80份门诊病历处方进行分析,获得常用组方药物16种、用药模式68条(其中对药模式53条、3味药模式15条)、两药间关联规则83条。结论路志正教授治疗胸痹组方药物特色鲜明,治疗胸痹组方取法健脾补气、运脾消食、燥湿和胃、理气化湿、芳香化浊等。

Objective To explore Prof. LU Zhizheng's medication regularities in curing thoracic obstruction. Methods Prof. LU Zhizheng's clinic medical records were used as data resource. Frequency analysis and association rules analysis methods were used to explore the core combinations, combination patterns and rules of combination patterns. Results 16 commonly used herbs, 68 combination patterns(53 pair pattern and 15 triple pattern) and 83 rules of combinations were found through the analysis of 80 clinical records. Conclusion Prof. LU Zhizheng's combinations of prescriptions in curing thoracic obstruction have distinct features. Prof. LU Zhizheng conformed to principles of strengthening the spleen and reinforcing qi, activating the spleen and promoting digestion, dampness-drying and harmonizing the stomach, regulating qi and dissipating dampness, and removing turbid dampness with aromatics.
