摘要
以某型森林消防车为研究对象,根据现有车辆的制动安全评价体系制定了评价森林消防车制动安全性能指标,并采用G1法则计算出各项评价指标的权重系数。根据汽车制动性能试验的相关国家标准,对森林消防车进行了制动踏板力试验、制动效能试验和制动方向稳定性试验,通过对试验数据的分析研究,验证了该款森林消防车制动性能符合国家标准的各项要求。
With forest fire engines of a certain type as research object,based on existing vehicle braking safety evaluation system,forest fire engine safety performance standards are formulated,with G1 rule is used to calculate the weight coefficient of each evaluation indicator. According to relevant national standards for auto braking performance tests,a brake pedal force test,a braking efficiency test and a braking direction stability test on forest fire engines are conducted. Through the analysis of the test data,braking performance of the forest fire engine meets the requirements of national standards.
