以豆胶为胶黏剂的杨木胶合板传热性能及其影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 通过热压传热试验研究了热压温度和板坯初含水率对豆胶胶合板热压传热性能的影响。结果表明,热压温度和板坯初含水率是影响豆胶胶合板热压传热传质的重要因素,豆胶胶合板热压传热过程可以分为热预压的快速升温、恒温,以及热压的快速升温、慢速升温四个阶段。在热预压恒温阶段,板坯初含水率对预压时间的影响比较显著,热预压时间随含水率的增大明显增加;在热压阶段,温度对热压过程板坯胶层升温速率影响显著,板坯芯层的升温速率随热压温度的增加明显加快。 Throhgh the heat transfer experiment,the effect of temperature and moisture content on the heat transfer during hot pressing of plywood was studied.Results showed that plywood with soybean-based adhesive hot pressing can be divided into fast heating during prepressing,constant temperature stage,fast heating and slow heating during hot-pressing. During the constant temperature stage the heating time was increased obviouly with the increase of moisture content while during the hot-pressing the heating rate of the core ply was quickened with the increase of temrature.
