防滑保护套带在颈内中心静脉导管外固定中的应用

Application of Skidproof Protective Sleeve in Internal Jugular Central Venous Catheterization

目的探讨防滑保护套带在颈内静脉置管式血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法对58例需行颈内静脉置管术的血液透析患者采取自愿原则分为2组:对照组26例采用传统的胶布固定导管;试验组32例采用防滑保护套带导管。比较2组术后导管稳定性、舒适性及导管置入口局部皮肤感染率、脱线率。结果试验组置管稳定率、舒适率均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),而皮肤的感染率、脱线率均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论与传统固定法相比,防滑保护套带固定法在血液透析患者颈内静脉置管中的应用能大大提高患者舒适度,减少局部置入口局部皮肤感染、脱线,可有效防止导管向外或向上滑脱,是一种新的颈内静脉导管固定方法。

Objective To investigate the application of skidproof protective sleeve in hemodial-ysis patients with internal jugular venous catheterization.Methods According to the voluntary principle,58 patients requiring internal jugular venous catheterization for hemodialysis received catheter fixation with either traditional adhesive tape (control group,n=26)or skidproof protec-tive sleeve (experimental group,n=32).Postoperative catheter stability,comfort,and incidences of local skin infection at the catheter entrance and thread detachment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,catheter stability and comfort were improved and incidences of skin infection and thread detachment were decreased in experimental group (P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional fixation,skidproof protective sleeve fixation,a new internal jugular venous catheter fixation method,improves patient comfort,reduces local skin in-fection at catheter entrance and thread detachment,and prevents outward or upward catheter slip-page in hemodialysis patients with internal jugular venous catheterization.
