摘要 以甲基磺酸盐为催化剂,用乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇为原料合成苹果酯,考察了各有关因素对收率的影响,得到反应的最佳条件:n(乙酰乙酸乙酯):n(乙二醇)为1:1.5,甲基磺酸钙的用量为0.6 g,带水剂用量为10 m L,回流时间为1.5 h,苹果酯的收率达86.53%。 Fructone was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and glycol catalyzed by methanesulfonate. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best conditions were found out. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of the reactants was n(ethyl acetoacetate):n(glycol)=1:1.5; the amount of calcium methanesulfonate was 0.6 g and water carrying agent was 10 m L; reaction time was 1.5 h. The yield was 86.53%. The results showed that calcium methanesulfonate had high catalytic activition for the synthesis of fructone.
