摘要
学校文化建设的终极目标是创建特色品牌学校,而特色品牌学校是市场经济社会竞争的一个表现。主题文化建设应开发与实施主题文化校本教材,开展文明礼仪训练和主题文化课题研究,把读书与教育实践相结合,让主题文化转化为师生的行为方式。
The ultimate goal of the construction of school culture is to establish the characteristic brand school, and it is a manifestation of the social market economy competition. The construction of the subject culture needs to carry out the following work: To make the subject culture enter the minds of the teachers and students by developing and implementing the school-based teaching materials of the subject culture; To make the teachers' and students' behaviors possess the quality of civilization by carrying out the civilized etiquette training activities; To make the subject culture develop in depth and breadth by conducting the research on theme cultures; To promote the professional growth of the teachers by combining study with the educational practice; To make the subject culture turn into the behavior of the teachers and students by carrying out rich and colorful activities of theme cultural practices.
