强化地方高师院校职业指导 破解师范生就业难题

The Solution of Employment Problems of Local Normal University Graduates Through Strengthening Vocational Guidance

当今大学生就业形势日益严峻,高校师范教育越来越重视大学生的能力培养。通过分析高校师范生就业困难的原因,围绕"如何加强地方高师院校职业指导"这一主题尝试提出一些针对性建议。面对严峻的就业形势,师范生教育应更注重能力培养,学校也应该建立相应的长效培养机制,以利于师范生就业。

The students in normal universities pay more attention to their abilities with more and more dif-ficult situation of employment market for college graduates. Through the analysis of the causes of their employ-ment difficulties, this paper discusses some related issues as to how the students make the pre-service prepara-tion for employment. Facing the difficult employment situation, college students should strengthen their ownabilities, and the universities should establish the long-term training mechanism to improve the students' em-ployment ability, so that the problems can be better solved.
