摘要
为验证月球地形表面坡度以及重力环境对探测器及设备性能的影响,设计了一种探测器倾斜姿态模拟装置。该装置采用双曲柄摇块机构,主要由步进电机、螺旋升降机、转动平台(连架杆)、底框等组成。针对<10-4 Pa的高真空和100 K低温的使用环境以及大尺寸、重负载和高精度的使用要求,讨论了探测器倾斜姿态模拟装置设计时所面临的系列问题及解决方法。该装置已成功应用于"嫦娥三号"以及"嫦娥五号"的真空热试验,满足试验对装置提出的各项指标要求。
In order to verify the influence of the surface slope and the gravity environment on the performance ofthe lunar probe and the related equipment, a device for simulating the inclined posture of probe is designed. The deviceis a double crank rocker mechanism, including the stepper motor, the spiral elevator, the rotating platform and the frame.In the environment of high vacuum and ultralow temperature, and with the requirements of large size, over loading andhigh precision, the related difficulties in the course of designing are discussed. The mechanism is successfully applied tothe Chang’e-3 and Chang’e-5 thermal vacuum tests, with all requirements satisfied.
