摘要 运用电子扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等设备,对采用等离子喷涂方法制备的热障涂层进行了组织结构、氧化动力学、高温热腐蚀动力学、高温隔热性能、抗热震以及结合强度等性能分析。结果表明:原始态的氧化锆涂层微观组织良好,涂层为非转变四方相结构,热生长氧化物(TGO)层是影响热障涂层性能的主要原因,涂层体系经400小时预氧化仍具有良好的抗氧化性但不耐熔盐腐蚀,1100℃涂层的热冲击性能满足500周次循环要求,涂层结合强度呈抛物线特性。 The microstructure, oxidation dynamics, high temperature corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity,thermal shock resistance and bond strength of the plasma sprayed thermal barrier coating were investigated withthe instruments including SEM, XRD, etc. The results show that the coating has good microstructure in the assprayed state and is consist of un-transient cubic crystalline structure. The Thermally Grown Oxidation (TGO)layer is the main factor influencing the coating property. The coating system shows good oxidation resistanceafter 400 hours’ high temperature exposure, while with insufficient molten salt corrosion resistance. The thermalshock resistance under 1100 ℃ satisfies 500 cycles’ requirement and the bond serength shows a feature of theparabolic curve.
