CeO_2对超音速火焰喷涂WC-12Co涂层腐蚀磨损性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用超音速火焰喷涂制备微米WC-12Co、纳米改性WC-12Co 和CeO2 改性WC-12Co 涂层,通过对涂层微观组织、硬度和腐蚀磨损性能进行分析,研究CeO2 对WC-12Co 涂层腐蚀磨损性能的影响.结果表明:CeO2 的加入可以降低涂层的孔隙率,抑制晶粒长大,提高涂层硬度,涂层的耐腐蚀磨损性能也得到提高.在腐蚀磨损中,材料的流失主要是由于腐蚀磨损的交互作用引起的,交互作用造成的失重约占总失重量的90% ~ 99%.同时,在腐蚀和磨损的交互作用中,腐蚀对磨损的加速量远大于磨损对腐蚀的加速量,磨损分量在整个腐蚀磨损过程中占主导地位,提高WC-Co 涂层的耐腐蚀磨损性能的关键在于提高涂层的耐磨损性能. The micro WC-12Co, nano modified WC-12Co and CeO2 modified WC-12Co coatings were preparedby high velocity oxy-fuel thermal spray (HVOF) method. The microstructure, hardness and corrosion-wearresistance of the coatings were tested to study the effects of CeO2 on the corrosion-wear properties of WC-12Cocoatings. The results showed that the addition of CeO2 can decrease the porosity of the coating, inhibit the graingrowth and increase the coating hardness. It also can improve the corrosion-wear properties of the coating. In thecorrosion-wear process, the weight loss caused by the interaction of corrosion-wear occupied about 90% ~ 99%in the total weight loss. The corrosion accerating wear effect was far more than the wear accerating corrosioneffect in the interaction of corrosion and wear, the wear component dominated the whole corrosion wear process.So the key to improve the corrosion-wear properties of WC-12Co coating was to improve the wear resistance ofthe coating.
