摘要
利用MSC.MARC有限元数值模拟软件,建立大直径棒材在线淬火有限元模型,对大直径棒材在线淬火过程进行温度场模拟。在穿水冷却器结构确定的情况下,依据大直径棒材的淬火冷却工艺参数,进一步模拟研究水压对大直径棒材淬透深度的影响。结果表明:模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,当水压小于1.2 MPa时,随着水压的增加,大直径棒材淬硬层深度增加明显;当水压大于1.2 MPa时,继续增大水压,淬硬层深度增加并不明显,逐渐趋于恒定值,据此大直径棒材在线淬火的水压控制在1.2 MPa时比较合适。
The finite element model (FEM) of quenching process was established with MSC.MARC software, andthe temperature fields of quenching process of big bars were simulated. The influence of the hydraulic pressure onhardened depth of big bars was studied based on the cooling process parameters by certain water cooler. The resultsshow that the hardened depth of simulation value and the experimental ones are identical, the hardened depthincreases rapidly at first and then increases slowly even keeping constant with the increase of hydraulic pressure.1.2 MPa may be a critical hydraulic pressure. Based on above results, the suitable hydraulic pressure of quenchingon line for big bars is 1.2 MPa.
