经尿道推注利多卡因治疗男性拔管后排尿困难的临床研究

Transurethral Injection of Lidocaine Treatment of Male Dysuria after Catheter out of the Clinical Research

目的:探究一种新的男性导尿管拔出后排尿障碍的治疗方法。方法:选择肝胆外科利用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉术后拔尿管后排尿障碍的60例患者,随机分治疗组(30例):用10 m L注射器经尿道给予2%的利多卡因和0.9%的生理盐水各5 m L混合液,并保留5 min;对照组(30例):施行常规腹部热敷治疗。结果:治疗组所有患者在2-5小时内排尿,对照组16例在2-5小时内排尿,14例尿潴留,最终应用治疗组方法后全部排尿。结论:经尿道给予利多卡因推注治疗男性术后排尿障碍具有很好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： A new method of treatment of male urinary catheter after pulling out urinary dysfunction. Methods：Application of general surgery spinal anesthesia plus postoperative epidural catheter out after 60 cases of patients with voiding dysfunction were randomly divided into 2 groups, A group： 30 cases of the implementation of 2% lidocaine 5m L＋ application of 10 m L normal saline 5m L urinary tract by syringe injection 5 minutes after the reservation; B group： 30 cases of conventional heat treatment of lower abdomen. Results： A group of patients with 2 to 5-hour urine, B group of 13 cases of 2 to 5 hours of urination, urinary retention is still 15 cases, the final Group A and after the application of all the urine. Conclusion： Transurethral given lidocaine injection in treatment of male urinary dysfunction after operation has good clinical effects, it is worthy of clinical application.
