超声引导下新型植入式微波消融离体猪肝实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过使用新型微波天线对离体猪肝消融的实验研究,探讨相同功率/不同消融时间的凝固范围及碳化区范围的差异。方法采用的KY-2000型微波治疗仪(微波频率2450 MHz,南京康友微波能应用研究所研制生产)在同种功率(50 W)、不同时间下(300、600、900 s)以连续波的工作方式,新型微波天线直接插入离体猪肝造成组织凝固区及碳化区范围。结果同种功率,不同时间下消融的形态均为椭球形,在功率为50 W、时间为600 s的情况下,凝固区及碳化区的范围最理想。结论新型水冷式2450 MHz微波天线可以有效地凝固肝组织,在功率相同的情况下,凝固范围随时间的增加而不断的增大,但到一定范围后,单纯的延长作用时间对凝固区横径、厚度的增加无显著意义。 Objective To study the effect of the experimental new type ablation in vitro porcine livers,and the different solidification range of ablation time and carbonization zone under the same power. Methods KY-2000 type microwave apparatus( produced by Kangyou microwave energy Application Institution of Nanjing,in microwave frequency 2450 MHz) was used under the same kind of power( 50 W) at different times( 300 seconds,600 seconds,900 seconds) and using continuous wave mode of operation. The new microwave antenna was directly inserted into the liver to produce vitro tissue coagulation zone and carbonization zone range. Results The ablated forms at different times with same power were ellipsoidal,and the range of the solidification zone and the carbide area was ideal when the power of 50 W and the time is 600 seconds. Conclusion 2450 MHz microwave antenna can effectively solidify liver. The solidification area increases with the extending of time if the power fixed; but to some extent,the prolonging of time can not significantly enhance the diameter and height of solidification area.
