摘要 随着世界医疗和经济水平的迅猛发展，人类期望寿命逐渐延长，全球老龄化日益加剧，老年人认知功能障碍已成为突出的公共卫生问题。认知功能障碍包含轻度认知功能障碍（mild cognitive impairment，MCI）和痴呆。MCI是老年人从正常认知状态向痴呆进展的一种过渡状态。
