超大地下室抗渗漏施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以湖南馨和园住宅小区为工程依托,分析了超大地下室可能出现开裂与渗漏的原因,包括结构沉降、形变引起开裂,干缩、温度应力和收缩应力产生的混凝土裂缝、地下室外围水压和外围防水的质量隐患。针对可能引发的渗漏问题提出相应的技术措施,包括构造配筋加强,优化混凝土配合比,疏导水压等,为本工程及类似工程的抗裂防渗提供了参考。
