摘要
以吹塑级丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)BM510为基体,分别添加含氟加工助剂、烯丙基磺酸钠抗静电剂及硅酮类脱模剂对其进行改性以提高脱模性能,经挤出机挤出造粒后对混合物的脱模性能进行了系统研究。转矩流变仪和接触角测试仪测试结果表明,上述3种添加剂均可有效降低ABS的表面能和平衡扭矩,改善其脱模性能,且对塑化加工性能影响不大;其中含氟加工助剂对ABS脱模性能的改善效果最为显著。平板流变仪和热重分析的结果表明,这3种添加剂的加入使ABS的熔体强度略微增加,这样更有利于吹塑;而添加剂并没有对ABS的热稳定性产生明显的影响,也就意味着其不会对ABS的吹塑成型加工产生负面作用。
Three sorts of additives, such as fluoride processing agent, sodium allylsulfonate antistatic agent and silicone mould release agent, were respectively added into blow-molding grade ABS BM5 i 0 to improve the demoulding property. Then the mixtures were extruded and pelletized for the compassion of the demoulding performance. Haake torque rheometer and contact angle meter testing results show that the three additives can effectively decrease both the surface energy and balanced torque of ABS, which obviously improve the demoulding performance, moreover, they have slight effects on the plasticizing property. The fluoride processing agent is the best among the three additives to improve the demoulding performance of ABS. Plate rheometer and TGA analysis results indicate that the melt strength of ABS resin slightly increases with the addition of these additives, meaning that these additives are beneficial to the blowing molding of ABS. These additives have no obvious effects on the thermal stability of ABS, which means that there are no negative influences on the blow molding of ABS with the three additives.
