减压膜蒸馏式太阳能海水淡化的实验研究

摘要 通过将聚丙烯(PP)疏水性中空纤维膜应用在太阳能海水淡化蒸发器中,对太阳能辐射照度、集热器出口温度、蒸发器不同出口水温的变化以及淡水产量等进行研究。结果表明,当系统运行稳定,北京时间当日中午12点时,太阳能辐射照度达到最大为986 W/m2,此时太阳能集热器出水温度为95℃,总淡水产量达到40 L,相比无膜的环境下,总淡水产量提高了1/2。 By putting the polypropylene (PP) hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane applied in solar desalination evaporator, the effects from solar radiation, solar collector export temperature, the change of different outlet of evaporator water temperature and the production rate of fresh water etc on running of membrane evaporator were investigated. The results have shown that when the system runs stably, at the day of Beijing time 12 noon, the maximum for solar irradiance is 986 W/m^2, the outlet temperature of solar collector is 95 ℃, the total freshwater production have reached 40 L. In comparison with the environment of without PP membrane, the total fresh water production has increased by 50%.
